HubKonnect CEO Michael Koch Reveals His Daily Meal Routine for Peak Performance

Koch follows an intermittent fasting schedule, fasting for 23 hours a day and eating his meal around noon. Additionally, he extends his fasting period once a week for 48 hours, and once a month for 72 hours. As a former college athlete, Koch was already accustomed to healthy eating and regular exercise. However, as his business grew, he realized the need to adapt his habits to accommodate his workload and boost his performance.
So, what does Koch eat and drink every day? His day starts early, at around 4 a.m., when he consumes a special “super water” infused with Vitamin C, minerals, and salt. He follows this with his first cup of organic black coffee. By 4:20 a.m., he has his second cup of coffee, enhanced with Lion’s Mane and L-Theanine supplements known for their mental function benefits.
After several hours of work and a strength training session, Koch has his lunch at around 12 p.m. He chooses this time because it allows his body ample time to digest the food before he sleeps. His lunch consists of two cups of organic bone broth, followed by either grass-finished beef or wild-caught salmon, proportioned according to his body weight to maintain the right amount of muscle mass. He adds two ounces of organ meat, such as liver, as well as four pasture-raised eggs. The meal is completed with an avocado, 40 raspberries, a quarter cup of pecans, and 50 grams of raw cheese. According to Koch, this meal provides his brain with the necessary nutrients for optimal performance and recovery.
Throughout the day, Koch continues to consume coffee with collagen in the afternoon and drinks 85 ounces of water. However, after 5 p.m., he stops consuming all liquids. He emphasizes that his approach may not be suitable for everyone, but it works for him as an entrepreneur striving to reach extreme levels of performance.
