TVS Motor Company Achieves 31% Rise in Sales in November 2023
TVS Motor Company has announced a significant increase in its total dispatches for the month of November 2023. According to the company’s statement, total dispatches reached 364,231 units, marking a 31% rise from the 277,123 units sold in November 2022.
The strong performance was attributed to a surge in two-wheeler sales, which totaled 352,103 units in November 2023 compared to 263,642 units in the same month last year, representing a 34% increase.
Domestic two-wheeler sales also experienced substantial growth, reaching 287,017 units, a 50% increase from the 191,730 units sold in November 2022. Motorcycle sales saw a 19% growth, totaling 172,836 units, while scooter sales jumped by 62%, reaching 135,749 units.
TVS Motor Co reported impressive sales figures for its iQube electric scooter, selling 16,782 units in November 2023 compared to 10,056 units in the previous year.
However, the company saw a slight decline in three-wheeler sales, which totaled 12,128 units in November 2023, down from 13,481 units in November 2022.
In terms of exports, TVS Motor Co reported a decrease, with total exports amounting to 75,203 units in November 2023, compared to 84,134 units in the same month last year.
Overall, TVS Motor Company’s strong performance in November 2023 reflects its continued growth and success in the market.
